BCG Gender Diversity Index Austria 2021

We are honored to be at the top of the BCG Gender Diversity Index Austria again this year. After 2020, we were able to defend our title as "Gender Diversity Champion" and this time even achieved 85.7 points (2020: 83.4).

The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has now collected the "BCG Gender Diversity Index Austria" for the fourth time. “The study examines the personnel development in the management and supervisory boards of the 50 largest Austrian listed companies in the past year. The proportion of women is considered as well as their remuneration compared to the male colleagues. Since the index for Austria was created for the fourth time in a row, it is possible to respond to changes compared to previous years,” says the BCG report.

Equality and diversity in all structures is a basic requirement for us to create a modern, innovative and successful environment in the company. Overall, the proportion of women in Austrian companies has improved slightly compared to the previous year. However, there is still a need for action to increase diversity.
